Session Cancellation and Refund Policy
Due to the fact that sessions are often reserved far in advance, they may only be rescheduled on a one-to-one basis if you email us at least 72 hours before your session.
If you don’t email us within 72 hours to reschedule your session, there will be no refunds, and we cannot reschedule it.
If there is a real emergency, please contact us at  astrorosespirtualshoppe@gmail.com—we’ll consider those on a case-by-case basis.

Sessions and classes should not be used as a substitute for medical care or flu or cold-like symptoms.

If you’re having a psychiatric crisis, please connect with your therapist or the nearest emergency services.

Sickness
Energy work and in-person consultations are not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illnesses. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you know of an infectious or contagious condition. We will waive the cancellation fee if it is within the 12-hour notice period.
